Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

Please allow 48-72 hours for your order to be processed (Excludes weekends and holidays)

You will receive an email with status updates and tracking info when your order has been shipped.

Can I change my shipping address once my order is placed?

Please email us immediately if you have entered the incorrect address.  We will do everything possible to remedy the situation. 

How do I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation, which will include your tracking number. Tracking numbers may take 24 hours to be updated by carriers.

What if my package is lost?

Rosalie Street is not liable for lost or stolen packages, but we will work with applicable carrier to attempt to recover your order.
